Mensah Sarbah Hall organizes health walk.

As part of activities marking the 60th anniversary of the Hall, management has organized a health walk and screening for fellows, staff and students.The walk activity dubbed “fitness for sound mind” involved brisk walking along the streets of campus and climaxed with an intensive aerobic session involving squats, pushups, dancing, and leg swings among others. The fitness trainer encouraged participants to set fitness goals and regularly work towards achieving them.
