Office of the Hall Master
The Office of the Hall Master is the principal administrative office of the Hall. In addition to being the Chief disciplinarian of the Hall, the Master sets policy direction, strategic vision, oversees the day-to-day operations in the Hall and handles all communications between the Hall and the University as well as the general public.
The Tutorial Office
The tutorial office is headed by the Senior Tutor assisted by the Deputy Senior Tutor. The Senior Tutor presides over the tutorial board constituted to provide mentorship, guidance, and address students residential concerns. The Junior Common Room’s (JCR) welfare, as well as general academic, sports and social development are under the control of the tutorial office. The Office is the link between JCR and Hall management on student related matters.
The Bursar’s Office
The bursar office is the interface between students and Hall management on financial related issues. The office is headed by the Bursar, who has oversight responsibilities over finance and administration. The bursar oversees routine authorised financial transactions, budget monitoring and expenditures, and supervises artisanal staff in the performance of their duties. Other staff of the office include the secretary and accounts clerk.
The Senior Common Room (SCR)
The SCR is responsible for the welfare of management and senior members assigned to the Hall. The SCR is managed by a 5-member committee, headed by the President. The SCR provides a relaxing environment where senior members meet to interact and share ideas on matters pertaining to the development of the Hall and the University at large. The committee is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Loggia bar which is equipped with socially relaxing features offering a conducive environment for leisure and entertainment by senior members.
The Loggia bar is restricted to only senior members of the University. The Bar serves assorted alcoholic beverages, such as wine, beer, liquor, cocktails, and other beverages such as mineral water and soft drinks.
There is also vast space for events, co-working and meetings based on booking. Welcome to the SCR where academic and social ideas intersect in a refreshing manner.
