Management has held a retreat to review and plan strategic direction of the Hall. The retreat formed part of the strategic vision of Management to strategically position the hall and make it the preferred hall of residence on campus. Among the issues discussed in the 3-day retreat included fundraising strategy, review of strategic plan and 60th anniversary activities, and framework for annual traditional events. Management also developed guidelines for implementing the electronic access control system, framework to improve visibility of the Hall, and guidelines for student registration on the ITS.
