Dr. Daniel Darko is a Research Fellow at the Institute for Environment and Sanitation Studies of the College of Basic and Applied Sciences (CBAS).

Profile
He holds a PhD in Soil Science with specialization in “Soil Physics and Conservation”. Dr. Darko has many years of experience in teaching and research.
He has supervised and co-supervised several PhD and MPhil students and has several peer-reviewed publications and technical reports to his credit. He is a member of several local and international scientific and professional bodies including ‘the Soil Science Society of Ghana’, ‘Ghana Science Association’, ‘the International Union of Soil Scientists’ and the ‘American Chemical Society’ among others. Dr. Darko was the ‘Senior Common Room’ president prior to becoming the Senior Tutor. Dr. Darko’s research works can be obtained at the IESS website, Google Scholar and ResearchGate.
